Called and got same day appointment. They were prompt, had great pictures detailing what they found and worked to provide me the best option on a potentially costly repair.

My appointment was at 1000, however, arrived about 30 minutes early. Marty and his crew were able to take me right back for my oil change and I was done in less than an hour.

Tutt was my service person. He deserves 5 stars. He was very thorough in looking in the history of my vehicle to determine maintenance needed at that time. However, I was very disappointed when I was informed that there were some maintenance issues that were 14k miles overdue. Nalley Honda is the ONLY one that services my vehicle. I do not know or understand why I was 14k miles overdue when I service my car whenever the light is on. This tells me that other service reps are not as thorough. As a result, I do not have the trust in Nalley Honda. I feel that ALL service employees should be just as thorough as Tutt. Further, Tutt was able to get an Uber or Lyft to return home while the services were being completed. I’ve had extensive work done on my vehicle and not once did someone offer a Lyft or Uber ride home. It is important for the service manager to give me a call.Cheryl Wilcox770 364 6196

My service advisor always greets me with a warm smile. Carefully goes over the work needed for my car & always trying to find me the best cost for the work that’s needed.
