Service was excellent and everyone was kind and professional.

It took longer than expected (over 4hrs). My service advisor did a good job keeping me informed. However, I needed my wireless charger replaced and I've not heard back if the part has been ordered or not. So, I'll need to follow up. That's the reason I deducted 1 star from my rating.
