It was totally awesome. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted by Andre Dallas . I told him what I was looking for and he immediately moved into action. We found a great vehicle that met my budget and other needs. I was in and out the dealership in under 2 hours . Everything was very smooth.

People were nice and helpful. Waiting room was comfortable. It took a while but I understood because I came in with a unique issue. I was continuously updated on the progress.

Our experience with Nalley by way of my Service Adviser G. Lee is always exceptional because he is, first of all, a good listener. He is then, efficient to ensure that all my and my husband's concerns are addressedexpeditiously. The multipoint inspection is always included. This helps us to track the work that has been done on the cars and the work that needs attention soon after. I give my Service Advisor a "Superior" rating because it's obvious that he loves his job and cares about taking care of people's needs, especially seniors.

It was fine. This time I arrived at opening (7am) and still waited over 3 hours.
