Once again, Mr. Lee provided excellent customer service and exceeded my expectations. When my car was ready, Mr. Lee noticed that my young grandchild was with me. The day was cold and windy. Mr. Lee pulled my car into the service bay so we wouldn’t have to endure the elements.

I did have to wait longer than I would have liked, but I was pleased with the service. We found out I had a nail in my tire and we replaced all of them. My service tech—I can’t believe I just blanked on his name— was exceptional. He was patient and thorough and responsive.

I had a great experience with the service rep, Mr. Goins Lee. I got a oil change and tire rotation. When I drove my car within the same day, the rear passenger tire went completely flat. I contacted the service rep at Nalley and he informed that I mightve ran over a nail. These tires are only a year old, so practically brand new. I took my car to the tire shop where I had a tire warranty on my tires. No nail was found, and they could not explain why the tire went flat. I believe something happened during the rotation of the tires that caused my tire to go flat.
