I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from the auction. Noticed that the wheel lock key was not in the vehicle. I called Honda of Union City GA and Justin Johnson answered the phone he answered all questions and concerns I had about getting a replacement. Anything that he did not know the answer to off hand he went to get the accurate answer. Just min was able to get me an appointment set up Troy same day service after I got off work. Upon get to my appointment Justin greeted me with the same courtesy as when we were speaking over the phone. My car was taken back and service was performed. I check out and was getting ready to leave and realized that I didn’t ask to have someone show me that the key worked. I went back in and asked Justin if someone could show me , to my surprise Justin did not hesitate to come out to my car and show me on all 4 tires. Justin is a perfect example of top tier customer service and representative. To this satisfaction I would also like to note that when having my luxury vehicle serviced I’ve never had this quality. Justin please continue to make your Honda customers feel as I do because it does not go unnoticed.

I was on the market to purchase a new vehicle, I sent my mom over to Nalley Honda to inquire about a car about an hour before they closed because I was tied up across the street at the Mitsubishi dealership having an unpleasant experience. Within 15 min my mom spoke with Andre Dallas and pulled up to the Mitsubishi dealership in a 2024 Honda HR-V which turned out to be the car I purchased. Andre was swift in finding the perfect vehicle that fit my interests and processing my paperwork so that I could leave the Honda dealership with my new car by the time they closed. It was an awesome experience that follows another awesome experience dating 4 years back when my parents purchased a used 2017 Honda Civic Sport and a new 2020 Honda Civic from the exact same salesman, Andre Dallas!!!

Very nice staff in the waiting area. I can’t recall the ladies names but they sat at the front desk. I thought it was the check out area, but I checked out at my service advisor’s desk. At any rate, they were so helpful, even asked the service manager if I could change the TV channel to watch something other than the Cooking Channel. 🤗
