Overall it was an easy experience. I had already walked around and talked to the sales and finance people over the years getting my old car serviced there. So, I felt kind of familiar buying a car and that’s why I went to Nalley Honda. Carlos was my favorite! I had a lot of questions and he was very patient even though it was closing. David was also patient and fun to work with. Andre was nice too while I was getting all my stuff together and picking color, trim, etc.
