The service was very good, however, I had assumed that because I booked the service online, that $10.00 was going to be deducted from what I was charged for the service. When I later checked my receipt, there was nothing about that. Let me know how I can get the $10.00 reimbursed

Sales people are friendly, very transparent in sharing details, following up with customer even after purchase they spent quality time not rushing you. The GM, Sales managers make sure customer are take care to the fullest. This my fourth Honda I feel this dealership provide good Customer service and after sales service in my opinion I strongly recommend to my IT friends.
