Short wait time

There was a 90 min to 2 hour wait even with the appointment I made. Being that it was a holiday I kinda understood the wait. Devin Reynolds was very accomodating, knowledgeable and has great customer service. Hopefully he will be my service advisor again when I return for more services. Overall the experience was excellent.
