I went in for my oil change and tire rotation. It was pointed out to me by my excellent service technician that it was also time for my wheel alignment and new air filters. They paid for my Lyft ride home, while I waited on my vehicle to be completed.

It wasn't a visit, it was phone support. But, if the original paperwork were done electronically & not old school, I would have had all the paperwork with me on the phone &n would not have had to bother the dealership with my problem. But, I am grateful that the dealership was open to support me. Thank you.

My service advisor , Marty Ellard , whom I havekeeps me up to date as to what my 2019 CRVRequires as far as maintenance and I follow his lead . As a result I think our Hondas have served us well over the years . Thank you Marty and thank you Nalley Honda .
