I was always happy with the service department. This time, the service I went in for took longer than expected. However, they explained at checkout that they were taking care of a recall issue. I would have loved to be made aware of the situation.

I came in without an appointment and was immediately greeted by Andre Dallas. He was quick to understand my needs and took the time to show me all the inventory that matched . He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Andre went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and then some. He provided exceptional service

Goins provided excellent customer service and get my car to the service tech. After an hour wait I was retrieved from the lobby by Lee who finished me up and accepted my payment. Nalley Honda of Union City is the only place I take my car because of the welcoming environment its employees show.
