When I came in I was immediately greeted by Goins who let me know Lee was my specialist but he was more than willing to help in getting me started. Goins provided excellent customer service and get my car to the service tech. After an hour wait I was retrieved from the lobby by Lee who finished me up and accepted my payment. Nalley Honda of Union City is the only place I take my car because of the welcoming environment its employees show.
