After getting some less than accurate information when scheduling my service appointment at Nalley Honda I was worried I drove out of my way only to pay for a service I thought was covered. However Alex in the service department made it happen for me and I’m very grateful.

The service was exceptional. I was in for an oil change. While inspecting my car they found that I needed a hub bearing. A part had to be ordered so the car would not be ready till the next day. I was furnished a rental car from enterprise. The next morning Lee called and said my car was ready. Lee is definitely an asset to Nalley Honda. He is the best service advisor by far.
