I appreciated being served while I was in town. Nalley has excellent customer service & took care of my needs promptly. I am grateful for the help I received.However, I was told my service would be free by the person setting up the appointment, even though I thoroughly explained the situation & even I wasn't sure I would be covered myself when I first called. When I arrived, I was told the cost was about $200, & after being shocked & confused for a bit, found out the scheduler was not even present at Nalley to discuss the I misinformation. I would recommend that being avoided in the future. Otherwise, Alex was very polite & I was glad to get the help I needed.

Dropped my car off to get serviced on Monday, technicians provided me with the diagnostic details on the car on Tuesday and car was ready to pick up on Wednesday. Quick communication.

I made the appointment online. I got there and was not able to meet my service rep in the beginning but someone else took my information and everything was great.
