I came to the dealership intending to purchase a top trim HR-V with all of the Honda sensing safety features. When I got there, the car did not have a blind spot monitor. I was disappointed because I was assured it had one over the phone. Ultimately, I was able to have BSM added to the vehicle and I am happy with my purchase.

Fast intake and completion of work needed.

I couldn’t get in contact with anybody when I called service number. It went to message box and I left message about 5 times. Eventually I selected the prompt to speak with someone and they I could connect with Justin. I didn’t know his direct number but you should fix the service number. That delayed the completion of the fix process.
