I conveniently scheduled my appointment online. Arrived on time. Mr. Tutt was very thorough explaining what was needed in addition to what services I requested.I really appreciate Mr. Tutt providing the option of the Road Trip Service Package which included services I requested and additional services he recommended that I take care of that day. There was cost savings too the option.Although I did not leave in the time that I anticipated based upon post service experiences, Mr. Tutt kept me abreast of the anticipated finishing time as he understood I had a work business meeting to attend. He advised me that I should plan to participate in the meeting virtually after realizing I would not leave in time to physically participate in the meeting face-to-face.I was able to use my phone's hotspot and my Surface to actively and productively engage in the meeting in the area with suitable chairs and desk.
