Robert Tutt did a great job from start to finish explaining everything. He checked back with me several days later to make sure everything was ok. Recalls were taken care of and the service team as a whole were awesome-as always.

My experience was only okay starting with the welcome. It's like some of the associates in the service area have their heads buried in their computers all the time as though they are waiting to see who greets the customer first. No one really seems genuinely welcoming but they always ask if you had a scheduled appointment which never really keeps customers on time with our on schedule.Also, it's time for you all to get some complimentary snacks in there that is not going to cost Nalley a huge amount of money to have something for guests who are waiting on the repairs to be completed.

Service Rep. Mr. Tutt was very helpful in explaining why the different services was needed on my vehicle and the schedule times for maintenance. Thus the reason for the high cost.This was very informative and helpful to me. He gave me a written time table for future maintenance. Was provided with a Lyft ride home and back while my vehicle was being serviced. All of the above (except the high cost) is why Nalley Honda is my go to for my vehicle maintenance.
