Lee Goins and his service team were exceptional in servicing my Honda Accord for a recent regular service appointment. Not only did they do an excellent job on my pre-scheduled service, but while examining my Accord they found 2 items that needed critical repairs to keep my car safe and running well on the road. I very much appreciated their thoroughness in their work and exceptional attention to detail.

All was great but again didn't wash the car. I didn't have time to wait so left and discovered it when I got home. Even after I asked and 2 people were to look but never gave a yes ir no answer as to the car being washed. I do love the service here and the people but the little things matter. This was not the only time this same thing happened.
