I was having issues with my braking system and Nalley had just serviced the rear brakes a month prior to the issue and I only had the vehicle less than 2 months. Turns out the parking brake wasn’t working properly so they fixed the issue on the same day as a courtesy and gave me a Recommendation for getting new parts installed in the future!

Wait time was a little long but good services

The service advisor was nice however Honda pricing is ridiculous. I knew I had to pay multiple diagnosis fees for the problems I was describing but it was never said that they were $170 a piece. I'm use to around $95. Afterwards it did not feel like they checked the car for problems but rather repeated the problem I said was going on with a price.

It was better than the last time i came to Nalley for service last year. Devin was very attentive, professional and a man of his word. He told me my car would be ready when it was ready and kept in contact the while time. I really appreciate his professionalism.
