My service advisor, Navaeh, was outstanding as always. Loved the fact that my car was washed and there were plastic covers on both the driver’s seat and steering wheel. However, the technician left a sizable grease smudge in my glove compartment/passenger side dash. It’s the grease that changed what would have been a 5-star rating to a 4-star.
