Great cust service, no hassle sales associate

Our Honda Accord needed to be serviced and I called Marty and as always he got it right in and took care of it for us. Marty is always professional and we know that he will take care of our car as if it were his own. Excellent service every time.

My family had spent 2 days searching many dealerships for another Honda Odyssey. After seeing others we knew we should go back to Nally Honda and purchase the 2023 Honda Odyssey. We showed up after 6pm close and the guys there STAYED with us until 930pm! They were there to finalize the deal, put in the extra work and made us feel like valued customers. We knew we had made the right choice to come back to Nally Honda. I have no regrets.

I brought my car in due to recalls and a birthday car wash. The tech was knowledgeable and offered advice on another issue that as been a constant issue since I purchased the vehicle. Overall the service was great and the Honda team was nice and respectful of person and time. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was due to the carwash being a rinse and not a wash. That was a service I was told I would receive and technically did not.

Work was completed in a timely manner, and car was test driven to make sure low tire pressure light did not come on this time.
