It took a little longer than I expected, but the service folks were very helpful and kept me in the loop about how much longer it was going to take.

It was very informative I can’t remember his name but I can remember how he toke his time and went over everything with me about what the techs replaced and what still needed to be replaced. He was awesome.

Greeted at the door I had made my appointment.online. I was getting an oil change senior citizen discount. I also made an appointment for tire rotation but didn’t get my discount for that service. Other than that the service was great.

Made online reservation for oil and filter change on 8/21 at 8:40am. Upon arrival technician advise 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours finish job. I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes from check in to check out. This wait was extraordinarily long given making reservation on line and simplicity of job.
