Was very good! I have no complaints

Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and cabin filter change.I paid for a service package when I purchased the van from you. Now your unable to see said service package and I had to pay out of pocket for my services.2 employees had an argument in front of me, about personal issues, while I waited to check out. No one was helpful, courteous, or friendly. I felt like I was a burden being there. I will NOT return for service nor a future purchase!

Came in for several recalls & oil change. Fran kept me informed at all times & called me a Lyft ride home! Fran was wonderful to work with. She’s a keeper!!!!

Ayman and A’Darius are both quite good at their jobs. They understood the ask and made a fair deal. They were efficient in their paperwork processing and we were done within a few minutes of arriving. Definitely recommend Nalley for anyone looking for a new ride!
