Had to take our pilot in for service after noting the check engine light and another alert. Had an early afternoon appointment scheduled online but called and was allowed to take it in earlier in the day.

Service Representative informed me of additional maintenance areas; made sure we discussed time frame in which certain maintenance services should be handled in order to help keep my car save for driving. Service Representative was professional and polite as always.

I visited your facility the day before and asked the attendant to schedule me for the next day, ( I normally would not have asked to be seen so soon, but I knew my car was in need of a good service)he was kind enough to add me even though they were booked up, I really appreciated that; I'm older but still work and our son is in the Navy, and I don't have any family in GA; I can only do so much and when I take the time to do something it has to be worth the time and money.I can say your staff was gracious and friendly, I really appreciated the explanation and what needed to be done, that's why I came to Nally. Professional help for my maintenance of my 2016 CRV was applied. More work will be completed at the end of this Month. When I drove home this past Tuesday, my car felt like a NEW car.
