Service Advisor- Marty was very professional and helpful! Auto Technician did a great job on my car!

I dropped my car off Tuesday nite after hours. My service agent, G. Lee, communicated the specifics about the service needed for my car in detail after the inspection tion was done after the oil change and tire rotation was completed. I was clear and approved the brakes repair. When the work was completed Wednesday afternoon, Lee allowed me to pay on line as I could not pick up my car until after hours. So it was a smooth convenient process for me that I appreciated so much.

Had to take our pilot in for service after noting the check engine light and another alert. Had an early afternoon appointment scheduled online but called and was allowed to take it in earlier in the day.

Service Representative informed me of additional maintenance areas; made sure we discussed time frame in which certain maintenance services should be handled in order to help keep my car save for driving. Service Representative was professional and polite as always.
