The service was excellent, however on a recent visit we discovered 3 motor mounts had failed. We are contacting the manufacturer separately regarding that issue and look forward to a resolution,

I came in to have my fluids check and changed, if needed. I also wanted my Tires rotated and balanced and my breaks checks. The breaks are squealing. The Changed the Oil, Rotated the Tires and changed the Break fluids. Marty (my service person) ordered a part that was not in. The break pads still have padding, but I will change then out, when the Valve Cover Gasket Replacement, comes in. Marty is normally my service person and he's really good. This is the longest time I've waited in a while. I hope next time they offer us a ride home as they used to.
