1st visit there, great experience from start to end. G. Lee was helpful and informative. He made sound recommendations w/o being pushy and kindly introduced me to the service technician that would be servicing my car, Carlos. Both made the experience pleasant. Will def be back and highly recommend.

I came in with a battery that had died twice that day and had to be jumped to get to the dealership.Lee was was able to get my car in quickly and me back on the road sooner than I had expected.

Oil change and filter

I had a very pleasant, and positive experience at Nalley Honda of Union City. My salesman was A'Darius, he was knowledgeable, and answered every question/concern. I felt comfortable, and not pressured, I think because A'Darius's demeanor was calm, professional and totally customer oriented. I'll give Nalley Honda of Union City, 5 stars based on my buying experience.

Pleasant professional

My customer service and overall experience was top tier. Everybody that I came in contact with was good. I use to go get my oil changed at another honda location, but for now on I will always come there for all of my vehicle need.

Exceptional service

Alex was very professional and friendly. He greeted me with a smile and seems to enjoy his job which made me feel I would get good service. I waited in the wait area while Alex checked to see what services I needed and he came back to tell me before he proceeded with my car.

An overall excellent experience in purchasing my new vehicle. My salesman, A’Darius was fantastic and the finance team was also top notch. The entire team was extremely helpful.
