Came for the B7 maintenance. Everything went well with the service. Would have been nice if there was a shuttle service on saturday also.

Mr. Tutt (Advisor) was extremely helpful. My car received the advised service work per diagnosis but was unable to identify/repair the sputtering issue I’m experiencing. It’s still occurring while driving and most prominent when the AC is ON. It feels like at anytime the car would just shut off.

After I waited for 20 minutes with no assistance and then they waited on someone else that came in after me….the experience was satisfactory. You would have gotten 5 stars if not for that incident.

Hello, Two months ago I was agreed to a quote to buy 2023 CRV exl however when I didn’t hear back after waiting for a month I called and found that production has stopped hence I had to go with 2024 CRV Sport L. Its been more than two weeks am still hanging on to see vehicle arrival. Except this issue , at remaining all I am very much satisfied with your services. Please, follow up and try to bring in the vehicle asap.

Marty provided excellent customer service during my visit. He completed the periodic service on my vehicle plus resolved the acceleration hesitation problem I was having. My thanks to Marty and Nalley Honda for a job well done.
