No very good customer service

We presented the 2011 CRV to address some pressing mechanical concerns.Service advisor Marty received the vehicle and began the process.Marty submitted the service recommendation checklist with attached images and videos.This was very helpful for the decision making process.Upon the authorization and completion of repairs, Mr. Tutt assisted us wonderfully to close out our repair invoice. Given that this happened at closing, he proceeded without hesitation to ensure that all was in order. These gentlemen are commended for their professional handling and going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

My experience was fantastic - From the sales associate to the desk manager, to the finance desk, to the GM - I had multiple people walk up to introduce themselves and shake my hand and everyone was super nice and seemed excited to work with me.
