Tonia was very helpful! She answered all my questions and kept saying "I'mma take care of you." and she did! She took my list of demands and exceeded my expectations. She came out in the middle of the day and hot sun to sell me a car. She explained alot during my test drive. She was patient with me with my understanding the process. She drove to get the car I wanted. Her support team was great. So thankful for her to guide me through this experience: my first new car!I'm hoping my experience with the service department will be just as pleasant going forward.

I came to the dealership to check on a vehicle I had seen online, and to see about possibly trading or selling my vehicle. I was received politely and in a timely manner. The salesperson, Walt Johnson assisted me along with the sales manager in respect to purchasing outcomes of the vehicle and in selecting either a trade-in scenario versus selling my vehicle. I was shown how the sales tax on the vehicle would be for either of the choices regarding the sales of my vehicle. I appreciated the no-pressure to either sell my vehicle or to buy a new one. I ended up trading my vehicle and purchasing a new one. I felt that I was treated in a fair and honest way, and the entire process was transparent. I will continue to use this dealership as long as they treat me as well as when I became a customer.

Excellent! Goins Lee is a fantastic service representative. We ONLY go to him and we've always been exceptionally serviced. You need 10 more service representatives like Goins Lee.

My overall experience was very good. However, after the sale, Nalley dropped the ball when it came to the details of the vehicle. Specifically, all of the stem caps were missing, there wasn't a second key, the wheel lock was missing, and the XM SIRIUS radio has yet to be activated. Before driving away from the dealership, I pointed out each item. I was told to return the next day and everything would be taken care of. I returned the next day and only the stem caps were put on. After multiple trips and several hours of waiting at the dealership, each issue was resolved, except for the XM radio activation. The point is, NONE of these things should have been a problem.
