I always receive excellent service each time I come in for service. Mr. Robert Tutt has been my service advisor every since I bought my van in 2015, with the exception of a few monthsHis professionalism, concern for his customers, an the way goes above and beyond what should be expected to make sue his customers needs are met nd they are totally satisfied has a lot to do with why I chose that service department. He gives 100% dedication, excellent service.

The service resolved the issue with my vehicle. The service advisor was very nice and answered all questions. Even offered to get me a ride home and back if I wanted to. I didn't think that it would have taken at long. The timeframe to complete the service was misquoted. I was originally told 2 to 3 hours ( which would have been noon). I arrived at 8 am. I already informed what the issue was and a diagnostic was done a while back with Nally Honda. So it seems that the work didn't begin until 9 am. The service wasn't completed until 2 pm.
