I’ve been to Nalley before with my other Honda. This was my first time servicing my new Odyssey. Everything was as expected except the wait time-3hours for oil change, rotate & balance, & MP inspection. That’s a long time. Thank God I had work to do. Mr Tutt was my advisor & he’s always good at explaining what I don’t understand.

I had an appointment at 9:00 on June 20, 2023. Nevaeh greated my husband and me with a smile. I had 3 coupons of which she gave me this best offer. She made recommendations for my car, which I declined at this time. We waited while service was being done. We were in the waiting room. During that time, she came in and let us know the progress and about how much longer it would take.
