Mr Tutt is my regular advisor and for that day I had made an online appointment for 8:00 am. He informed me because of the way I scheduled it I was assigned another service member and that his schedule was completely booked. After showing me the correct page to use on the Honda site so that I could make sure I schedule with him he proceeded to take care of my service needs and I totally appreciated that. I don’t have a problem with any of the service advisors there it’s just that I like sticking to one person. For this type of service I will continue to be a Honda owner.

Robert Tutt has always been so kind and understanding. I can sometimes express my frustrations to him and he always responds pleasantly. He’s amazing as communicating the needs of my car and I feel that his honesty and transparency puts his customer service over the top! Thank you again.
