Nevaeh was awesome 2 1/2 hour wait was a lil long for a oil change.

Really great and friendly staff here. I could tell that any delay on the phones was because of understaffing, not because of the people working there. When they get to you they are going to take the time to have a real conversation about your problem and not just shoo you along.My brakes rotors and pads were replaced. The car ended up eating a rotor on the way home and I had to bring it back. It took test driving with the mechanic for about 30 minutes for me to convince them it was an issue with the caliper. They then said "well its because you have old calipers". I would have been willing to have the calipers replaced if that is what they suggested, but they did not.So they took off the brand new rotor and resurfaced it, then rehabed the old broken caliper for free.Overall they worked fast, charged me a fair price, and were helpful when you can get them on the phone. The issues I had were a result of having an old car, and the mechanics obviously not wanting to open up a hornets nest of replacing everything under the car.Marty is great and seemed like he was taking care of business for the whole shop. The lady mechanic was personable and understood the complex situation on the return when I had to convince her that the rotor issue was not my fault.Overall seems like great caring staff who are underpaid, overworked, and dont have enough help. Top notch service that could be improved with more people.

Very busy rainy Monday morning, but the servicer was not affected by that. He was courteous, professional and addressed me by name without me identifying myself.
