Have been dealing with this since bought our Honda in 2009. No one else besides them have serviced it. Marty the service writer has done a great job for me all these years. We have around 125000 miles on it .

It appears that there's a lot to be learned about the hybrid automobile. I didn't have a problem with my appointment except my synchronizing my cell phone with the radio was awkward. I hope that the engineers can make the corrections. I'm personally energy-conscious and want to conserve in any way. I don't know this for a fact, but it's been reported that dealers had to contact Detroit to find information on how to fix certain hybrids and EV's. The workers at dealers are not that adept to working on some hybrids and EV's. Again, it's going to take time. Thanks.
