Professional and efficient.

When I pulled up to the garage and got out my car I was greeted immediately by someone who was busy. But there were two females who were talking amongst themselves who said nothing. I paced for a min or two and then when they decided that they were done with their conversation they decided to greet me and fill out my sheet for Intake. So I was annoyed by that. The only reason why I’m giving you guys a five is because I work in an industry where I believe that surveys are unfair to employees. But overall my service was mediocre. Nevaeh was nice but she could have ended her conversation once I stepped out of my car. I’ve been here plenty of times so I know the culture of this dealership. Then when I picked my car up a Caucasian lady greeted me I was trying to red her name tag I guess she was a trainer. She went to go look for Nevaeh to get my key not sure if she was busy or not. Also I used to get a complementary car wash that hasn’t happened either. I know some of the workers here personally so I don’t know. Overall I felt like she had an attitude and I hope I get a smile the next time I’m in.
