My overall experience was good. I didn’t like the interaction I had with the general sales manager, Ayman. He needs a few classes on etiquette and customer relations. However, the sales agent, A’Darius, and the finance manager were great to work with. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful so they deserve a 5 star rating. I won’t let my experience with Ayman take away from their hard work.

Nalley is a great place to go to purchase a car as well as service. I was there to get my oil change and tire rotation. Mr. Tutt was my advisor he kept me informed of what was going on and what was needed. It took a minute because of what was being done. But when I left my car sounded and ran much better.
