Tutt is the most thorough service advisor I’ve ever worked with. He explained everything to me and was very patient. He is a huge asset to Honda.

Service agent was great

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was told it would take approximately 1 hour 20 mins. It took 2 hrs 30 mins which seemed excessive to me. When I scheduled online the appointments were every 20 mins. Don’t schedule every 20 minutes if you can’t handle the volume.

Alex (AK) did an excellent job from check in to identifying service items I might consider, to listening to what I wanted done and having the vehicle ready in an excellent time.
