My experience at Nelly Auto was excellent, I was interested in the CRV and the models available were as advertised (price wise). They were very diligent and adjusted to my needs. I will recommend it to peers and friends. The CRV is amazing in every detail, I enjoy driving it to work. Thanks for making this experience a good one.

MARTY IS THE BEST!

The customer service team was good and kept me updated. I had a 7 am appointment and was greeted quickly and my car was taken back quickly. Only issue is how long the service took. I was there from 7 am until 12:30 pm for brakes.

The Advisor was very nice

I arrived at the schedule time. Staff was welcoming and easy to work with. I was concerned that my service appointment would take a long time granted all the cars that were coming in to get serviced along with mine. However the time flew by, and my vehicle was ready in no time. The service technician provided notes on the items they completed, as well which I can appreciate.
