I was greeted and acknowledged upon entering the Service area. My service tech finished up with another customer and immediately started to pull my paperwork for my car servicing. She was very professional, friendly, and personable. So promptly notified me once my car had been diagnosed/inspected by the car repair team. She even called me after I didn’t respond to her text notifying me of the services needed! The servicing was done in a timely manner. When I picked up my car, my service representative greeted me, took my payment and walked me out to locate my car. I am so sorry I don’t remember her name! She is an excellent service representative for Nalley Honda!👍🏽

I love that Nalley Honda service advisors are not upselling you to get service performed on your vehicle before it's actually inspected by the service mechanics. I also love the fact if the mechanic is recommending service beyond what you originally agreed to that they are taking pictures of what they are referring to. And will also explain why the service needs to be done. And they also rate whether or not the service is needed immediately or can be delayed. Finally, I also like that Nalley offers Lyft rides to your destination if you cannot stay while your car is being serviced.

I came a little earlier than my appointment but was still there almost 3 hours. Everyone was nice and I appreciated my advisor explaining the details of my coverage but the wait with a busy 4 year old was just too much.

Service was excellent.

I took my car in for service on April 5, 2023. They did a spectacular job. They did Oil and Filter Change, Tires-Rotate Only, and Multi-Point Inspection. I will give it a perfect five.

Ms. Tonia Marigny was awesome. She was patient. she did not clocked in yet and she and she still talked to me. I would refer her to anyone.
