I originally didn’t have an appointment, I made one with the bot online and said do I have an appointment and they stated yes! So I show up on Friday and the service supervisor turned me around but said to return the next day. Tutt was my person the next day and he informed me of what I needed and showed my why and how to remember! I loved that about the service, I did not like the prices as I do have extra service packages that I thought covered certain things.

I scheduled an oil change on my brown 2014 Honda as this was offered due to my 20% Nalley Honda coupon not being applied on previous declined service a few weeks ago. There was no charge for the oil change. I appreciate the adjustment.

My advisor Mr. Lee did a great job and Dwight the Head Mechanic/Supervisor over Service Department took care of an issue with my vehicle that I was very pleased with. The only issue was the wait time vs what I was told would be the wait time. However, the Head Mechanic/ Supervisor over service explain the situation and why it took longer than expected to take care of the problem and I was pleased with how he explained the problem and why it took longer to service my vehicle. Overall great service

Oil change was performed in a timely manner. The service tech advised me of other services that would be needed so I could schedule when convenient for me. Greatly appreciated his looking out for my Pilot with these service reminders. I have enjoyed using this dealership.
