You accommodated my schedule. I was unable to find somebody to drop the car off Monday through Friday so I came on Sunday evening and drop the key in the slot. Marty called me in the next day and we talked about the problems with car. I was totally wrong in my guess. I thought it was a wheel bearing and it turned out to be something else. I appreciate the thoroughness of the troubleshooting and since I have a second car I was not in a hurry. So it took a week. But that's fine. Marty kept me informed. When I was able to find somebody to drive me back over. I picked up the car after the maintenance had closed but they left the keys at the front desk. Worked out great. Thanks!

Upon arrival for my new Honda CRV’s first oil change and tire rotation, a service rep quickly checked in my car and drove it back for service. The service tech performed the requested tasks and checked numerous other items including all fluid levels, belts, brakes, tire tread depth, etc. The entire process took about an hour. I will be returning to Nally Honda for future service needs for my Honda CRV!!!
