Customer service department provided excellent service. The rating provided was due too the long wait time for an oil change and tire rotation. I made my appointment online and still had a wait time of more than 2 hours for my services.

First let me start by saying I had a great overall experience at Nalley Honda. Everything started when I first reached out to inquire about a 2023 Accord. Everyone I worked with in the beginning was awesome and their responses were quick and made the research part of my search very easy.Once I had everything set up and was ready to buy the vehicle the GM Chris, Sales Manager Ayman, and Salesman Steven Miller were all very accommodating as I had to some difficulty getting to the dealership during the weekday. Once I arrived on Saturday Chris had the car ready for me to test and drive and let me get a good feel of the vehicle as we were able to go on the highway and back roads to get a better feel of the vehicle.After the test drive Ayman and Steven worked on getting the paperwork ready for me and valuing my trade in. Once we were done with the initial paper work I than went into financing where Carlos helped seal the deal and get me on my way. Overall I definitely feel like I will buy another vehicle form Nalley without hesitation.

Everyone I interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Walt was great!
