Appt was swift & staff was pleasant !! I liked the way they sent me suggested additional services via text - however I almost missed it since text messages do not catch my attention like a call. Perhaps a text with details but a phone ring to get our attention. I just wish they had cleaned my tire (1 in particular) better

Devin was great! And I didn’t have to wait a super long time.

From the time I entered the building on Friday, until I left Tutt was truly wonderful. He explained everything to me in detail, was kind and caring about my situation. He made sure I understood everything and when I had a question he made me feel validated in my concerns. He even found me a quiet place to work while I waited for my vehicle. Getting your car serviced can be stressful at times, but based on this experience, I will always return and ask for Tutt!
