I believe, the Tech that really assisted us when we arrived to get the car was, I believe, was named Fran. Her desk was in the extreme back in the Service Area. Had not it been for her, we would have rated the Service lower. The Tech that worked on our car was also very helpful in explaining about the status of our car.

The service was great. Not a long wait time. Communications between guest and employees was constant and informational.

Experience good. I disagreed with recommended service on my vehicle because I didn’t have enough miles to require services said I needed.
