I purchased my vehicle at Honda South. Since purchasing, my less than favorable experience continued to get worse with each oil change/service. I decided to try Nalley Honda and the difference is appalling. The staff, the facility, even the rest rooms were 100% better. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Alexandria and the service tech advised of my 30,000 mile maintenance. Alex thoroughly explained what was needed and why. She showed me pics of my clogged filters and HONESTLY explain what service was needed now and what could wait until my next oil change. I appreciate her professionalism and bubbly and positive personality. By advising of the necessities, I avoided spending money I shouldn’t have to spread out the costs. She’s truly a gem and so patient. The don’t see many Honda Insights but they took care of my baby and gave him back to me in perfect condition. It drives so much smoother. Thank you Alex!!
