The service was great this time. I really miss Kareem, my service adviser for over ten years but OG Alex was great. She was professional and attentive to my needs and budget. A 100k mile service is a very much needed and expensive service but she was amazing at walking me thru it. I will ask for her the next time I need to come in for service.
