My service advisor was very thorough

Mr Tutt, My service advisor, is usually pretty busy. However, that does not stop him from taking time to hear my concerns. Reviewing maintenance history and making certain I understand diagnosis is something I really appreciate about him.

My experience was excellence. My car needs was diagnosed. I knew one of the things I needed but I shown other issues with my vehicle and was provided the service to get some of these done.

I always wait on my car in customer service because the Nalley Staff are so attentive, courteous, and professional. When they text me or call my name in the waiting room it makes you feel important and well served. The service professionals speak to you privately and explain everything with no pressure. In fact, they help you make a decision individually based on what you can pay and the needs of your car. Like I said earlier, "I love waiting on my car in the Customer Service Lounge!"
