I had one of the most great customer service experience. Norman (manager) was so helpful as soon I arrived to the service center. I explained to him my concerns about my car and he replied no worries we will take care of it. He sent me one of his mechanic 👨‍🔧 to drive my car with me and find out the issue. Later on, I waited to get my car inspected and fix. After 20 minutes my car was w/o the noise it had before. Norman was so helpful that it felt so trustworthy that I ended up buying my wind shield wipes for my car. I have not words to express my happiness and satisfaction on how Norman handle my issue. He is a great example of wonderful customer care!!!!
