The staff does an excellent job of knowing their customers and assisting as much as possible. The only downside is the wait can be long. But I know you have many customers. If that could improve, it would be a home run for sure and you would see an increase in customers!

Excellent Customer Service!

Usually I drop my CRV off the night before so I can get in and out before too long. G. Lee is my advisor and provides great assistance. He lets me know what's really going on with my car in detail with pictures in a timely manner by email. He allows me to pay on-line those times when I cannot get there before closing. And Lee always follows up with the inspection report and itemized receipt. When I am able to get there before closing he brings my car around to me like a true professional who enjoys his job. Actually, all the advisors I have dealt with in Lee's absence have been pleasant and accommodating Last but not least, The Service Manager, Kevis Tanner, is the best! If I have any thing I need to speak with him about such as possible spot paint for my car, he is approachable and thorough. I always have a good experience with the service specialists at Nalley and that speaks volumes being that I am a female who needs to feel I can trust folks to do their jobs with passion and not allow me to be cheated out of money. I give Kevis, Lee , and the entire service team overall an A rating. Thank you for quality service that y'all provide because that's what my husband and I expect.
