Mr. Tutt is always a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he takes time to explain everything is great detail: he looked through my service history, told me what maintenance I had done in the recent past, told me what I needed to have done on the day of my visit, and explained what maintenance to plan for financially in the near future. I trust that he gets me a good deal, applying current offers and discounts on services that I may be unaware of. I never leave feeling taken advantage of or as though an unnecessary repair was pushed on me, as I have often felt with other service shops. Mr. Tutt is very on brand with the Honda image— great quality and very reliable!
