I purchased a car about a month ago, and the dealership began to avoid my calls and e-mails when inquiring about issues with the car. I brought it into the Nalley dealership and Lee was able to quickly identify and resolve what was wrong. He brought me so much relief and now I can enjoy my purchase. I will absolutely be back.

Wonderful customer service. Mediocre on the automotive service

Malik was great!!! He was patient with us every time we visited with our questions and was determined with no pressure to get us into a car we loved. He had the very skill that was needed for us to make the tough decisions. The finance officer (Michael the closer) not so much. He needs to explain ALL packages and not just give one that he thinks is best as some of us are on a budget. Very cold and not personable. Not a good closer.
