I think the person who initially got the ball rolling in servicing my vehicle was a young, respectful, enthusiastic gentleman by the name of “AK”. He explained to me at every juncture of the process what was going on until it’s completion. Very professional and knowledgeable young man.

Service advisor Mr.Tutt, upon reception was very courteous and knowledgeable about my 2020 Honda civic and what needed service. I've always and will continue to be a customer of nalley Honda of union city.

The service agent was very professional and courteous. The time for the service was fine however after I left and exited the expressway my tire pressure light came on and I had to return to the shop to get air in my tires and the car calibrated. In the future that function should be double checked before the customer's car is released to be driven.
